Create Workflows with Templates
EnPower provides workflow templates based on specific use cases for you to quickly create workflows to manage your cloud objects. The templates can be used to react to the following events:
- **User onboarding** – When a user is newly created/invited, add the user to specified Groups and assign licenses to the user.
- **User offboarding** – When a user is blocked from signing in, remove user licenses and user access from all Teams and Groups, configure mailbox delegation for the blocked user, and notify the block to specified people.
- **Password reset/change** – When a global administrator's password has been reset/changed, notify the IT team for security monitoring purposes.
- **Suspicious behavior** – When a user from the monitored domain accesses a sensitive file, remove the user's access and notify the Security team.
- **User** **update** – When a user's job title has been upgraded to VP, add the user to specified Groups and Teams.
- Renewal profile applying templates based on metadata – When objects with specific metadata is detected, automatically assign renewal profile to them. The templates include:
- **Microsoft Teams: Renewal profile workflow based on metadata**
- **Power Automate cloud flows: Renewal profile workflow based on metadata**
- **Power Apps: Renewal profile workflow based on metadata**
- **Power BI workspaces: Renewal profile workflow based on metadata**
> ***Note**: A subscription to the Cloud Governance for Power Platform or Microsoft 365 is required for the trigger and operation of these workflows.
You can use the templates by clicking the template on the Workflows > Templates page.
The preconfigured workflow names, descriptions, trigger events, and other workflow settings in the templates can be edited. You can use the template by updating the workflow information and settings based on your own requirements.
