You cannot access Microsoft 365 dashboards or report pages unless corresponding permissions have been assigned to you, even when your organization has subscribed EnPower for Microsoft 365.
Dynamic workflows are triggered by a pre-defined trigger event or a scan job that detects the object that falls into the defined condition. The actions you added to the dynamic workflow are operated when the specific trigger event or the object is detected.
Manually triggered workflows do not have trigger events and contain only actions. They can be manually triggered to the selected objects in Microsoft 365 and part of the Power Platform management tables. Therefore, manually triggered workflows can be used to manage, notify, or report the objects you have filtered out at any time when needed.
If/Then branches are sets of conditions and actions you can add to a dynamic workflow. All normal actions added to the dynamic workflow are operated to the object within the defined trigger event. However, actions in if/then branches are only operated when the object within the defined trigger event complies with the conditions in the same if/then branch.
