User Activity Report
In the User activity tab, you can view the detailed user activity table that lists the users and their last activity date on Microsoft 365 Services.
Note the following:
- From September 2021, user-level information contained in Microsoft 365 reports in the Admin center is pseudonymized by default. To enable EnPower to retrieve data for the Detailed user activity table, you need to deselect the **Display concealed user, group, and site names in all reports** setting in the **Reports** panel on the **Microsoft 365 admin center > Settings > Org settings** page.
- Due to API limitations, data in this report cannot be retrieved for tenants in the GCC High environment.
The detailed user activity table displays a breakdown of users and their activities on Microsoft 365 Services.
To select the columns to show on the page, click Manage columns. After selecting the columns, click Apply to apply the changes. The columns include:
- **Username** – The email address of the user.
- **Tenant domain** – The tenant domain of the user.
- **Container** – The container that the user is in.
- **Last** **activity date** **for Exchange** – The last date of an intentional Exchange activity.
- **Last** **activity date** **for OneDrive** – The last date of an intentional OneDrive for Business activity.
- **Last** **activity date** **for SharePoint** – The last date of an intentional SharePoint activity.
- **Last** **activity date** **forViva Engage** – The last date of an intentional Viva Engage activity.
- **Last** **activity date** **for Microsoft Teams** – The last date of an intentional Teams activity.
- **Display name** – The full name of the user.
- **Exchange licenses** – The Exchange licenses.
- **OneDrive licenses** – The OneDrive licenses.
- **SharePoint licenses** – The SharePoint licenses.
- **Viva Engage** **licenses** – The Viva Engage licenses.
- **Microsoft Teams licenses** – The Microsoft Teams licenses.
- **License assigned date** **for Exchange** – When was the Exchange license assigned.
- **License assigned date** **for OneDrive** – When was the OneDrive for Business license assigned.
- **License assigned date** **for SharePoint** – When was the SharePoint license assigned.
- **License assigned date** **forViva Engage** – When was the Viva Engage license assigned.
- **License assigned date** **for Microsoft Teams** – When was the Microsoft Teams license assigned.
- **Deleted** – The number of deleted users. If the user is deleted but had activity in the reporting period it will show up in the grid.
- **Deletion time** – When was the user deleted.
- **Licenses** – The licenses of the user.
After managing the columns and filtered the required records, you can export the report. For more details, refer to Get Familiar with the EnPower Interface.
