Device Report

In the Device report tab, you can view the detailed user device table that lists all Teams users with their devices that connect to Microsoft Teams and their activity date.

*Note: From September 2021, user-level information contained in Microsoft 365 reports in the Admin center is pseudonymized by default. To enable EnPower to retrieve data for the Device report, you need to deselect the Display concealed user, group, and site names in all reports setting in the Reports panel on the Microsoft 365 admin center > Settings > Org settings page.

The table shows the breakdown of device usage by users in your tenants.

To select the columns to show on the page, click Manage columns. After selecting the columns, click Apply to apply the changes. The columns include:

You will be navigated to the **User details** page to view and manage the user’s detailed information. - **Tenant** **domai**n – The domain of the tenant that the user belongs to. - **Container** – The container that the user is in. - **Windows** – Shows if the user was active in the Teams desktop on a Windows-based computer. - **Mac** – Shows if the user was active in the Teams desktop client on a macOS computer. - **iOS** – Shows if the user was active on the Teams mobile client for iOS. - **Android phone** – Shows if the user was active on the Teams mobile client for Android. - **Chrome OS** – Shows if the user was active in the Teams desktop on a Chrome OS computer. - **Linux** – Shows if the user was active in the Teams desktop client on a Linux computer. - **Web** – Shows if the user was active on the Teams web client. - **Windows phone** – Shows if the user was active on the Teams mobile client for Windows phone. - **Last activity date** – Shows the last activity date of the user.
