#Groups Dashboard

EnPower provides a default Group activity and usage dashboard with the following tenant-level Group-related report charts as gadgets.

#Active Groups

The Active Groups chart shows the total number of Groups and the number of active Groups. The X-axis depicts the selected time range for the report, and the Y-axis depicts the number of Groups that exist over the selected time range.

To highlight a specific line in the chart, hover your mouse over the Total or Active data category below the chart.

To hide a specific line in the chart, click the Total or Active data category. The corresponding line in the chart will be hidden. You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed total or active Groups count each day.

#Groups Activity

The Groups Activity chart shows the number of different Group activities, including Receive Exchange emails, Post Viva Engage messages, Read Viva Engage messages, Like Viva Engage messages, Send Microsoft Teams channel messages, and Organize Microsoft Teams meetings. The X-axis depicts the selected time range, and the Y-axis depicts the number of Group activities.

To highlight a specific line in the chart, hover your mouse over the Exchange email received, Viva Engage messages posted, Viva Engage messages read, Viva Engage messages liked, Microsoft Teams channel messages, or Microsoft Teams meeting organized data category below the chart.

To hide a specific line in the chart, click the Exchange email received, Viva Engage messages posted, Viva Engage messages read, Viva Engage messages liked, Microsoft Teams channel messages, or Microsoft Teams meeting organized data category. The corresponding line in the chart will be hidden. You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed Group activities count each day.

*Note: Due to API limitations, data in this chart cannot be retrieved for tenants in the GCC High environment.

#Files

The Files chart shows the total number of files and the number of active files in the Groups over the selected time range. The X-axis depicts the selected time range. The Y-axis depicts the number of files.

To highlight a specific line in the chart, hover your mouse over the Total files or Active files data category below the chart.

To hide a specific line in the chart, click the Total files or Active files data category. The corresponding line in the chart will be hidden. You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed total or active files count each day.

#Storage

The Storage chart shows the storage used by the Group mailboxes and Group sites over the selected time range. The X-axis depicts the selected time range. The Y-axis depicts the storage used.

To highlight a specific line in the chart, hover your mouse over the Mailbox storage or Site storage data category below the chart.

To hide a specific line in the chart, click the Mailbox storage or Site storage data category. The corresponding line in the chart will be hidden. You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed storage used each day.
