Groups Activity Report
In the Groups activity tab, you can view the detailed Groups table that displays all your Groups with Group properties.
The detailed Groups mailbox table displays a breakdown of Groups’ basics and usage information.
To select the columns to show on the page, click Manage columns. After selecting the columns, click Apply to apply the changes. The columns include:
- **Group name** – The name of the Group.
- **Tenant domain** – The domain of tenant that the Group belongs to.
- **Container** – The container that the Group is in.
- **Owner principal name** – The user principal name of the Group owner.
- **Members** – The number of Group members.
- **External members** – The number of external users in this Group.
- **Last activity date** – The latest date a message was received by the Group. - This is the latest date an activity happened in an email conversation, Viva Engage, or the Site.
- **Mailbox storage used for Exchange (MB)** – The storage used by the Group mailbox.
- **Emails in Exchange (total)** – The total number of items in the Group mailbox.
- **Emails received in Exchange** – The number of messages received by the Group.
- **Group ID** – The ID of the Group.
- **Type** – The type of Group.
- **Deleted** – The number of deleted Groups. If the Group is deleted, but had activity in the reporting period, it will show up in the grid.
- **SharePoint files (active)** – The number of files in the SharePoint Group site that were acted on during the reporting period.
- **Total site storage used for SharePoint (MB)** – The amount of storage in MB used during the reporting period.
- **SharePoint files (total)** – The number of files stored in SharePoint Group sites.
- **Messages in Viva Engage (liked)** – The number of messages liked in the Viva Engage group over the reporting period.
- **Messages in Viva Engage (posted)** – The number of messages posted in the Viva Engage group over the reporting period.
- **Messages in Viva Engage (read)** – The number of messages read in the Viva Engage group over the reporting period.
After managing the columns and filtered the required records, you can export the report. For more details, refer to Get Familiar with the EnPower Interface.
