#SharePoint Dashboards

EnPower provides a tenant-level default dashboard and a container-level default dashboard for SharePoint Online sites, including:

#SharePoint Activity and Usage Dashboard

The following are tenant-level charts on the default SharePoint activity and usage dashboard and can be added to your custom tenant-level SharePoint dashboards.

#File Activity

The File activity chart shows the number of files by activity type in your tenants, including the number of files Shared externally, Shared internally, Synced, and Viewed or edited.

The X-axis depicts the selected time range for the chart, and the Y-axis depicts the number of files.

To highlight a specific line in the chart, hover your mouse over the data category below the chart.

To hide a specific line in the chart, click the data category, and the corresponding line in the chart will be hidden. You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed file number for the activity each day.

#Page Activity

The Page activity chart shows the number of unique pages visited by users in your tenants. The X-axis depicts the selected time range for the chart, and the Y-axis depicts the number of pages visited by users.

Hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed number of pages visited on a specific day.

#User Activity

The User activity chart shows the number of users by activity type in your tenants, including the number of users who Shared externally, Shared internally, Synced, Viewed or edited, and Visited a page.

The X-axis depicts the selected time range for the chart, and the Y-axis depicts the number of users.

To highlight a specific line in the chart, hover your mouse over the data category below the chart.

To hide a specific line in the chart, click the data category, and the corresponding line in the chart will be hidden. You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed user number for the activity each day.

#Active Sites

The Active sites chart shows the number of total and active sites in your tenants. The X-axis depicts the selected time range for the chart, and the Y-axis depicts the number of sites.

To highlight a specific line in the chart, hover your mouse over the data category below the chart.

To hide a specific line in the chart, click the data category, and the corresponding line in the chart will be hidden. You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed number of the active sites or total sites each day.

#Active Files

The Active files chart shows the number of total and active files in your tenants. The X-axis depicts the selected time range for the chart, and the Y-axis depicts the number of files.

To highlight a specific line in the chart, hover your mouse over the data category below the chart.

To hide a specific line in the chart, click the data category, and the corresponding line in the chart will be hidden. You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed number of the active files or total files each day.

Expand the action list in the upper-right corner of the chart. Then click Export gadget to download the exported chart.

#Storage

The Storage chart shows the amount of storage used by sites in your tenants. The X-axis depicts the selected time range for the chart, and the Y-axis depicts the amount of storage used.

You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed amount of storage used by your sites each day.

Expand the action list in the upper-right corner of the chart. Then click Export gadget to download the exported chart.

#Page Views

The Page views chart shows the number of page views in your tenants. The X-axis depicts the selected time range for the chart, and the Y-axis depicts the number of page views.

You can hover your mouse over the line to view the detailed number of page views each day.

#SharePoint Storage and Activity Dashboard

The following are container-level charts on the default SharePoint storage and activity dashboard and can be added to your custom container-level SharePoint dashboards.

#Total Storage Used

The Total storage used shows the total storage used by sites in your containers.

Expand the action list in the upper-right corner of the chart. Then click View more (Group team sites)/View more (SharePoint sites) to go to the SharePoint > Group team sites/SharePoint sites page to view the storage used by sites in your containers.

#Total Files

The Total files shows the total number of files in sites in your containers.

Expand the action list in the upper-right corner of the chart. Then click View more (Group team sites)/View more (SharePoint sites) to go to the SharePoint > Group team sites/SharePoint sites page to view the files in sites in your containers.

#Top 10 Inactive Sites

The Inactive sites shows the 10 sites that are most inactive with their last activity time in your containers. You can click the name of each site to go to the Site details page to view and manage the Site.

Expand the action list in the upper-right corner of the chart. Then click View the latest report (Group team sites)/View more (SharePoint sites) to go to the SharePoint > Group team sites/SharePoint sites page to view the inactive sites in your containers.

#Top 10 Sites by Storage

The Top 10 sites by storage chart shows the sites with the greatest amount of used storage in your containers. You can click the name of each site to go to the Site details page to view and manage the site.

Expand the action list in the upper-right corner of the chart. Then click View more (Group team sites)/View more (SharePoint sites) to go to the SharePoint > Group team sites/SharePoint sites page to view the storage used by sites in your containers.

#Top 10 Sites by Activity

The Top 10 sites by activity shows the sites with the greatest activity counts in your containers. You can click the name of each site to go to the Site details page to view and manage the site.

Expand the action list in the upper-right corner of the chart. Then click View the latest report (Group team sites)/View more (SharePoint sites) to go to the SharePoint > Group team sites/SharePoint sites page to view the activity number of sites in your containers.
