Export to PDFIn EnPower, you can view the detailed information of your apps with the report table on the Power Apps page or on the detail page of each app.
On the app detail page, information and manageable settings are in the following tabs:
Basics – You can view the basic information of an app, such as the environment that the app is in, the owner of the app, the type of app, etc.
Access – You can view the users and groups that the app has been shared with. You can also check and update whether the app is shared with the organization.
Connections used by this app – You can view the number of connections used by this app and their names.
Activities – You can view the activity log of this app.
Governance details – You can view the detailed governance information of an app, including the renewal information, contact information, metadata, and timeline.
A subscription to Cloud Governance for Power Platform is required for the governance details.
Refer to the following sections for the manageable settings in EnPower and the steps to manage them.
To update app owners, complete the following steps:
On the Power App details page, click the Edit button in the Owner field.
In the Update owner panel, search by name or email address to add specific users to the owner list. Click the Remove button to remove specific users from the list.
Click Save to save the changes.
For canvas apps that do not comply with your organization’s security policies, you can quarantine the apps and restore them once they are confirmed to be secured.
To update the quarantine a specific canvas app on the Power App details page, follow the steps below:
On the Power App details page, locate the Quarantine status field in the Basics tab.
Click the Edit icon.
In the Quarantine status panel, select the status to update to.
Click Save. The status will be updated.
To quarantine or restore canvas apps in bulk, follow the steps below:
On the Power Apps page, select the apps to quarantine or restore. The selected apps must be in the same quarantine status.
Click Quarantine or Restore on the ribbon.
In the confirmation window, click Continue. The apps will be quarantined or restored.
To activate or deactivate a model-driven app, complete the following steps:
On the Power Apps page, select the model-driven apps to activate or deactivate. The selected apps must be in the same activation status.
Click Activate or Deactivate on the ribbon.
In the confirmation window, click Continue. The apps will be activated or deactivated.
You can manage the sharing settings of an app, including the users that the app is shared with and the role of the shared users. Or you can decide whether to share the app with the organization.
To share an app with specified users and manage their roles, complete the following steps:
On the Power Apps page, select the app to manage and click Share on the ribbon.
In the Share panel, you can search by names or email addresses and select the users to share the app with. The selected users will be added to the member list.
Make sure your users have access to the data used in your app, including gateways, APIs, connectors, and tables.
In the Role column of the member list, you can select the role for the user from User and Co-owner.
In the Remove column of the member list, you can click the Remove button to remove specific users from the list.
Select whether to Send an email invitation to new users. If selected, users who are newly added to the list will receive email notifications.
Click Save.
To configure whether to share the app with everyone in the organization, complete the following steps:
In the Access tab of the Power App details page, click the Edit button in the Shared with organization field.
In the Shared with organization panel, select Yes or No to enable or disable sharing the app with everyone in your organization. If enabled, everyone in the organization will be able to use the app but cannot edit or share it.
Click Save.
To share a model-driven app, complete the steps below:
Select a model-driven app and click Share on the ribbon.
In the sharing panel, select the app in the left pane and configure the security roles that can be used and assigned to the app users.
Search for the user to share the app to in the left pane and select the security role to grant to this user in the right pane.
Click Share. The app will be shared to the user.
To publish a model-driven app, complete the steps below:
Select a model-driven app and click Publish on the ribbon.
In the confirmation window, click Publish.
