Download this articleThe EOL (End-of-Life) report of SharePoint Online displays sites with EOL action performed.
To access the End of Life report, click the End of Life report tab in Microsoft 365 > SharePoint.
Within this report, you can check basic information of the sites as well as the EOL action details including:
Last action – The exact EOL action performed, including deletion, archiving, disabling access, and read-only restriction.
Performed by – The user who performed the EOL action.
Action date – The date when the EOL action was performed.
Performed via – The platform via which the EOL action was performed, including Cloud Governance, MyHub, and EnPower.
Apart from common filtering and column adjusting, you can also perform the following operations:
Refresh – Click Refresh in the upper-right to check the latest records.
Export – Click Export. If you only want to export several specific records, select the records and click Management > Export selected objects. Then, select the fields to include in the exported result.
Current fields – If you have applied filters or modified the columns displayed in the report, clicking this option will export the filtered result with selected columns only.
All fields – This will include data in all columns supported in the system in the exported results. If you have applied filters, only filtered records will be included.
