For a user that no longer exists in your organization, this user’s OneDrive is regarded as an orphaned OneDrive. To manage those OneDrive in EnPower, contact AvePoint representatives to enable the scan for orphaned OneDrive first. For unified management, it is recommended that you configure one container for all orphaned OneDrive.
