User Report

    In the User report tab, you can view the table that displays your Microsoft Teams users in the selected tenants with their user properties. The table also enables you to view and edit the Teams policies assigned to the users.

    To select the columns to show on the page, click Manage columns. After selecting the columns, click Apply to apply the changes. The columns include:

    - **Display name** – The display name of the user. Click the user display name. You will be navigated to the **User details** page to view and manage the user’s detailed information. ***Not**e: From September 2021, user-level information contained in Microsoft 365 reports in the Admin center is pseudonymized by default. To enable EnPower to retrieve the Display name in the User report, you need to deselect the **Display concealed user, group, and site names in all reports** setting in the **Reports** panel on the **Microsoft 365 admin center > Settings > Org settings** page. - **Username** – The username of the user. - **Tenant domain** – The domain of the tenant that the user belongs to. - **Container** – The container that the user is in. - **User** **status in Teams** – User’s active status based on user activities in Teams. - **Phone number** – The phone number of the user. - **Location** – The location of the user. - **Company** – The company that the user belongs to. - **Department** – The department that the user is in. - **Country or region** – The country or region of the user. - **1:1 calls** – The number of 1:1 calls the user participated in. - **Meetings** – The number of meetings the user participated in. - **Audio time** – The duration of audio calls that the user participated in. - **Video time** – The duration of video calls that the user participated in. - **Chats** – The number of chat messages the user sends. - **Policies assigned** – To view and manage policies assigned to the user, click **Edit policies** in the Policies assigned column. Or select the user you want to assign policies to and click **Edit policies** on the top left of the table. The **Policies panel** appears. > ***Note**: You can only edit policies for one user at a time.
