Bulk Creation Templates

Bulk creation templates page serves as a centralized module to create, customize, and manage templates that facilitate the bulk creation of various objects within EnPower. These templates are designed to be tenant-specific, with tailored configurations that meet the unique requirements of each tenant.

Click Bulk creation templates in the left navigation and then refer to the following sections for detailed instructions.

Create a Bulk Creation Template

To create a bulk creation template, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Create.

  2. In the Create template panel, complete the following configurations:

    • Object type – Select a sub object type when the template type is SharePoint, Groups, or Exchange. Available sub object types are:

      • SharePoint:

        • SharePoint other site

      • Groups:

      • Pre-define object name – Predefine prefix and suffix for the object name.

Click Add to add prefix and suffix to the object names created via this template.

You can either configure plain text or metadata as the prefix/suffix.

      • Enforce unique object names – Select this checkbox to enforce that display names filled in the template must be unique.

    • Custom attributes – When the template is for shared mailbox or resource mailbox, you can select Enforce custom attributes setup to make custom attributes mandatory in this template.

    • Required metadata – When the template is for Teams, SharePoint communication site, SharePoint other site, Microsoft 365 Group, distribution group, security group, mail-enabled security group, shared mailbox, or resource mailbox, add the required metadata to apply to the objects created by the template.

    • Status – Turn on or off the toggle to control whether the template is enabled or disabled after the creation.

  3. Click Save.
