View Flow Details Manage Settings

In EnPower, you can view the detailed information of your flows with the report table on the Power Automate page or on the detail page of each flow.

On the flow detail page, information and manageable settings are in the following tabs:

- **Basics** – You can view the basic information of a flow, such as an environment that the flow belongs to, the owners of the flow, the status of the flow, etc. - **Trigger details** – You can view the trigger of the flow and check if the flow has been triggered. - **Connections used in this flow** – You can view the number of connections used in this flow and their names. - **Activities** – You can view the activity log of this flow. - **Governance details** – If a cloud flow has been imported to AvePoint Cloud Governance, you can view the detailed governance information of a flow, including the renewal information, contact information, and metadata. > ***Note**: A subscription to Cloud Governance for Power Platform is required for the governance details.

Update Flow Co-Owners

To update flow co-owners, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Flow details page, click the Add in the Access tab. Or select the flow to update co-owners for on the Power Platform > Power Automate page and click Update co-owners.

  2. In the Update co-owners panel, search by name or email address to add specific users to the owner list. Click the Remove (Button: Remove) button to remove specific users from the list.

  3. Click Save to save the changes.

*Note: Due to the Microsoft native logic, after a user is added as the flow co-owner, the corresponding flows will be listed under the My flows > Shared with me tab for the existing flow owners in .

Update the Flow Creator

To update the creator of a flow included in solutions, complete the following steps:

  1. Locate the flow. The flows included can be found with the Included in solutions filter. Creator can be updated by one of the following means:

    • Select the flow.

    • Click the flow name. In the Flow details > Access tab, select the existing flow creator.

  2. Click Update creator on the ribbon.

  3. In the Update creator panel, remove the existing creator of the flow and then specify a new creator.

  4. Click Save.

Enable or Disable Cloud Flows

To enable or disable flows, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Power Automate > Cloud flows page, select the flows to enable or disable.

  2. Click Disable or Enable on the ribbon.

  3. In the confirmation window, click Continue. The process will start to enable or disable the selected flows.

Manage Metadata

In the Governance details tab on Flow details page, the metadata of the cloud flow you added in Cloud Governance can be edited by the following steps:

  1. In the Metadata section, click the Edit (image362) button on the upper-right.

  2. In the Edit metadata panel, fill in your updates in each field.

  3. Click Save.

Manage Permissions

To manage the permissions of a flow, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Power Automate page, select a flow and click Manage permissions on the ribbon.

  2. In the Manage permissions panel, select the permission to manage in the left pane. The available permissions are:

    • Flow creator – Users who can edit, share, and run the flow. The flow creator is only manageable when the flow is included in a solution.

    • Flow co-owners – Users who can edit, share, and run the flow.

    • Run-only user – Users who can only run but not edit or share the flow.

    *Note: Due to the Microsoft native logic, after a user is added as the flow co-owner, the corresponding flows will be listed under the My flows > Shared with me tab for the existing flow owners in .

  3. Click Manage flow co-owners or Manage run-only users in the right pane and select the operation to take. You can either add, remove, or replace users with the corresponding permission of the flow.

  4. Specify the users to manage.

  5. Click Update to go back to the Manage permissions panel and click Save.
