Export to PDFIn Activity > Job monitor, you can check the EnPower jobs such as the scan jobs and the data retrieval jobs by the time and status of each job in the report.
You can also operate the following actions:
- Filter jobs by status and job type – To filter specific jobs to view, click the **Filter** () button. By default, all fields are selected in the filter. You can expand the **Status** and **Job type** fields in the filter to select or deselect specific job statuses and job types. Then, click **Apply** to apply the updates.
- If you find that the status of a job is **Failed** or **Finished with exception**, you can generate and download a job report for troubleshooting. To generate the report, click the **Generate report** () button. After the report is generated, click the **Download** () button to download the job report.
- Stop and rerun jobs – Running system scan jobs for Exchange, SharePoint Online sites, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups can be stopped by clicking the **Stop** () button.
After the job is stopped, it can be rerun be clicking the **Rerun** () button. This will trigger a new job. Once the new job starts to run, the original stopped job cannot be rerun again.
- View the job details – By clicking the job status, you can view the job details in a panel, including the scan job type and the number of finished as well as failed objects in the scan job. In specific Power Platform objects’ scan jobs, since the scan job was started by AvePoint Online Services, there may be scanned objects that are not yet supported to be viewed or managed in EnPower. The unsupported yet scanned objects can be checked in the **Unsupported objects** tab.
- Export objects with exceptions – For jobs in the **Finished with exception** status, click the status. In the Job details panel, click **Export objects with exceptions**, the process will start to generate the report for you to download.
