    Mailbox Activity Report

    In the Mailbox activity tab, you can view the detailed mailboxes table that lists all mailboxes with their items and storage conditions. You can select the columns and filter the mailboxes listed in the table.

    *Note: From September 2021, user-level information contained in Microsoft 365 reports in the Admin center is pseudonymized by default. To enable EnPower to retrieve data for the Detailed mailbox table, you need to deselect the Display concealed user, group, and site names in all report setting in the Reports panel on the Microsoft 365 admin center > Settings > Org settings page.

    The table shows a breakdown of email actions at the per-mailbox level.

    To select the columns to show on the page, click Manage columns. After selecting the columns, click Apply to apply the changes. The columns include:

    - **Email address** – The email address of the mailbox. - **Display name** – The display name of the mailbox. To view the details or update the mailbox information and settings, click the mailbox address to navigate to the **Mailbox details** page. - **Send** – The number of times an email send action was recorded for the mailbox. - **Receive** – the number of times an email received action was recorded for the mailbox. - **Read** – The number of times an email read action was recorded for the user. - **Last activity date** – The latest date of the mailbox had an email send or read activity. - **Tenant domain** – The tenant domain of the mailbox. - **Container** – The container that the mailbox is in.

    You can also export the report data into a ZIP file. To export the ZIP file, click Export, and the process will start to export all fields of the table. To view the process status and download the exported file, go to Process center. For details about the Process center, see Process Center.
