Export to PDFTo view detailed information of a workspace, click its display name. On the Workspace details page, information about the workspace is displayed in the following two tabs:
Basics – Displays the essential identity and configuration information for the workspace. It includes key details such as the display name, associated tenant and container, storage consumption, and creation timestamp. This tab also shows critical governance attributes including the ownership type, principal owner, and applied sensitivity label, offering a quick reference for the workspace's fundamental setup and compliance status.
To update the sensitivity label, click the Edit icon next to the field and complete the edits.
Access – Provides a comprehensive overview of all users and their permission levels within the Microsoft 365 Loop workspace. It displays a detailed list of members with their assigned roles, enabling administrators to effectively monitor and manage user access.

To manage the users who can access a Loop workspace and their workspace permissions, click the workspace name to go to its details page. Then, click Access to go to the access management tab where you can perform the following actions:
Add user access – Click Add. In the Add member panel, search for members to add to the Loop workspace. After selecting the member to add, choose the member permission from Owner and Editor in the Permission column. Then, click Save.
Remove user access – Select a user and click Remove. The user access will be removed from the workspace.
Update user permission – In the Permission column, select Owner or Editor to update the user permission.
To apply sensitivity label to a Loop workspace, complete the following steps:
On the Loop page, select a workspace and click Apply sensitivity label.
Or click the workspace name to go to the details page and click the Edit icon next to the sensitivity label field.
In the Apply sensitivity label panel, select the label to apply.
Click Apply. A process will start to apply the label.
To manually retrieve the latest data of Loop workspaces, complete the following steps:
On the Loop page, select the target workspaces.
Click Sync latest data. A process will start to retrieve the latest data.
