Export to PDFYou can view your resource account details and perform management operations. Refer to the following sections for details.
To create a resource account, complete the following steps:
On the Calling > Resource accounts page, click Create on the ribbon.
In the Create resource account panel, complete the following fields and configurations on the panel:
Display name – Enter the display name of the account.
Tenant – Select the tenant that the account belongs to.
Username – Enter the username and select the domain for the username.
Resource account type – Select the resource account type from Auto attendant and Call queue.
Click Save to create the resource account.
To edit resource accounts’ basic information, complete the following steps:
Click the display name of the resource account or select the resource account and then click Edit on the ribbon.
In the Edit resource account panel, update the Display name, Resource account type, and Voice routing policy for the account.
Click Save to update the resource account.
To update accounts’ licenses, complete the following steps:
Select the accounts to update licenses for. You can only bulk update licenses for accounts in the same tenant.
Click Assign licenses on the ribbon.
In the Assign licenses panel, select the usage location. If you are updating licenses for multiple accounts in bulk, select the bulk operation to perform. You can replace users’ licenses with specific ones, assign specific licenses to users or remove specific licenses from users.
Specify the licenses and available apps.
Click Apply to update the licenses.
To manage the service number and voice app assignments for the account, complete the following steps:
Select the account to update the assignment settings for.
Click Assign/Unassign on the ribbon.
In the Assign/Unassign panel, select the Phone number type and specify the Assigned phone number. To unassign the phone number, select None for the phone number type.
In the Assigned to section, select the auto attendant or call queue to assign the account to. The available type of voice app to assign depends on the resource account type of the selected account.
Click Save to update the settings.
