Export to PDFEnPower enables you to update site information and settings. You can update information and settings for a single site or bulk edit sites.
You can view the activities and usage of individual sites in EnPower. To view the site activities and usage, complete the following steps:
On the SharePoint > Group team sites page or the SharePoint sites page, click the name of the site to view to enter the Site details page.
Navigate to the Activities tab. You can view the following information:
Storage used – The amount of storage used by this site.
Storage used (%) – The percentage of used storage of the site’s storage limit.
Last activity date (UTC) – The date of the last activity in this site.
File viewed or edited – The number of files that have been viewed or edited in this site.
Page views – The number of page views in this site.
Page visits – The number of page visits in this site.
Files stored – The number of files stored in this site.
To update the site on the Site details page, complete the following steps:
On the SharePoint > Group team sites page or the SharePoint sites page, click the site name of the site to update to enter the Site details page.

Owners – For Group team sites, you can view and manage the owners of the Microsoft 365 Group connected to the site.
Members – For Group team sites, you can view and manage the members of the Microsoft 365 Group connected to the site.
Site admins – For Group team sites, you can manage both the Primary admins which are by default the Microsoft 365 Group owners, and the additional admins. For sites without a connected Microsoft 365 Group, there is only one site admin role.

Click the Edit (
) button in each tab or field to edit the corresponding information or settings.
Click Save to update the information or settings.
To update the site in the table in the Group team sites or SharePoint sites tab, complete the following steps:
Select the site to update in the tables on the SharePoint > Group team sites or SharePoint > SharePoint sites page.
Click the
to expand the action list.
Select the action to operate. You can operate the following actions:
Site status – You can update the selected site to the following status:
Unlocked – When the site status is unlocked, the site is available to users.
Read only – When the site status is read only, users cannot add, update, or delete content. A message will appear on the site stating that the site is under maintenance and is read only.
No access – When the site status is no access, users cannot access the site or its content, and will receive a 403 error page.
Sharing – You can update the following external sharing settings for the selected site:
Site content can be shared with – Select with whom the site content can be shared. You can select from Anyone, New and existing guests, Existing guests only, and Only people in your organization.
Advanced settings for external sharing
Limit sharing by domain – Select whether to allow only specific domains to receive the sharing or block the sharing to specific domains.
Expiration of guest access – Select whether the guest access never expires or configure an expiration period for the guest access. You can also select the expiration setting to be the same as your organization-level setting.
Default sharing link type – Select the type of link that is the default link type when users share files and folders on this site. You can select from People with existing access, Specific people (only the people the user specifies), Only people in your organization, and Anyone with the link. You can also select the setting to be the same as your organization-level setting.
Default link permission – Select the permission for the default sharing link. You can select from View and Edit. Or you can select the setting to be the same as your organization-level setting.
The settings are applied to the individual site you have selected. You can also click Reset to organization-level settings to reset the external sharing settings of this site and make it comply with the sharing settings on the organizational-level.
Storage – Update the site storage settings. You can configure the maximum storage and the notification settings when a specific percentage of the storage is used.
Register as hub site – Register the selected site as a hub site to connect related sites and give them a shared experience. You can edit the hub name and specify people who can associate sites with this hub.
Unregister as hub site – Unregister the hub site. You can only unregister site that has been registered as a hub.
Associate with a hub – Associate the selected site with a hub site. You can only associate hub with site that is not a hub site or site that has been associated with a hub site.
Change hub association – Change the hub association. You can only change the hub association for site that is not a hub site or a site that has been associated with a hub site.
Edit hub site settings – Edit hub site settings. You can only edit hub site settings for a site that has been registered as a hub.
Apply sensitivity label – Select a site and click Apply sensitivity label to manage the site’s sensitivity label setting.
Archive/Reactivate – To archive a site or reactivate an archived site, select the site and click Archive or Reactivate.
*Note: A Microsoft 365 Archive license is required in your tenant to archive or reactivate sites.
