Before accessing the monitoring report, it is necessary for application administrator and service administrator to complete the initialization settings.
In settings, you can configure the scan scope to select which tenants’ Azure Entra ID enterprise applications will be monitored. You can also manage the notifications.
Go to Entra ID enterprise applications > Settings and refer to the following sections for the available settings and instructions on the management.
In Scan scope, you can select which tenants’ Azure Entra ID enterprise applications will be monitored from the dropdown list. And the snapshots will be created based on the tenants you selected.
*Note: To authenticate and retrieve your Azure Entra ID enterprise applications, you must create the required app profiles in AvePoint Online Services. Refer to the table in Create App Profile for the app requirements.
For Entra ID enterprise applications and app registrations, daily snapshots will be generated to monitor and report changes. The snapshot will be automatically stored for 12 months. Once the first snapshot is created, any changes will be automatically tracked, including permission changes and security-related settings changes.
In Email notifications, you can toggle the Activated to On or Off to configure whether to send notification when new changes are detected or when there is a low health score in your Azure Entra ID enterprise applications.
If activated, email notifications will be sent upon completion of the scan job if any changes compared to the baseline snapshot or low health scores are detected in Azure Entra ID enterprise applications.

To configure the notification details, click the notification name. You can configure the name, descriptions, and select recipients for these notifications. Additionally, the threshold conditions for triggering the low score notification can be configured.
*Note: The first snapshot will be set as the baseline by default. You can reset the baseline in Snapshot details page.
