View Site Details and Manage Settings

To view the detailed information of a Power Pages site, click the site display name and you will be navigated to the Site details page. The information are displayed under the following tabs:

- **Basics** – Lists the general information of the site, including but not limited to site name, description, owner, tenant, and creator. By clicking **Edit** in the **Visibility** field, you can change the site visibility setting. - **Site details** – Displays the site URL, language, domain, and other detailed settings. - **Website access permissions** – Displays website access permissions. For detailed steps on managing the permissions, refer to [Edit Website Access Permissions](#missing-link). - **Governance details** – When you have Cloud Governance for Power Platform subscription, the contacts, renewal configurations, and metadata are displayed under this tab. You can edit the contacts, phase assignees, and metadata by clicking the corresponding **Edit** (![Icon: Edit.](/en/enpower/power-platform-management/power-pages/images/image401.png "Icon: Edit.")) icon.

Edit Website Access Permissions

On the Power Pages page, click the name of the site to go to the Site details page. Then, click Website access permissions to go to the corresponding tab where the following actions are available:

- **Edit an access permission** – Select a permission and click **Edit**. In the **Edit website access permission** panel, configure: - **General** – Select the general permissions to assign to this access permission. - **Web roles** – Add or remove web roles for the access permission. Click **Save** upon completion. - **Activate or deactivate an access permission** – Select an access permission and click **Activate** or **Deactivate** above the table. - **Remove access permission** – Select an access permission and click **Remove** above the table.

Activate or Deactivate a Site

To deactivate a site, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Power Pages page, select an active site and click Deactivate above the table.

  2. In the confirmation window, click Deactivate.

To activate a deactivated site, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Power Pages page, select an inactive site and click Activate above the table.

  2. In the confirmation window, click Activate.

Trigger Workflow

Manually triggered workflows are a type of manageable workflow in EnPower with a set of customizable actions. You can use the manually triggered workflows to manage sites or report filtered sites to certain users. For information on creating and managing manually triggered workflows, see Workflows.

*Note: You need to have the Trigger workflows permission to view and trigger the manually triggered workflows. For information on granting permissions in EnPower, see Permissions.

To trigger a manually triggered workflow, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the sites to trigger the manually triggered workflow with.

  2. Click Trigger workflows, all manually triggered workflows will be displayed. You can also search a specific manually triggered workflow to trigger by the workflow name.

  3. Select the manually triggered workflow to trigger. If the workflow action details are enabled for editing when triggering, you can configure the action details.

  4. Click Apply to trigger the workflow.
