View Agent Details and Manage Settings

To view the basic information of an agent, click the agent display name and you will be navigated to the Agent details page. The information are displayed under the following tabs:

  • Basics – Lists the general information of the agent, including but not limited to agent name, description, owner, tenant, and creator. By clicking Edit in the upper-right corner of this page, you can update the agent display name and description.

    NOTE

    Before you update the agent description, make sure that the description has been updated at least once in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

  • Access – Displays the users and groups with access to this agent.

    NOTE

    Due to API limitations, users with the Viewer role cannot be retrieved and displayed.

  • Activity – Displays the agent activities. You can use the filter to customize the time range of the activities and specify the activity type as well as user type to display.

  • Settings – Displays the agent settings, including:

    • Using generative AI in conversation – Controls how your agent interacts with people and the level of content moderation.

    • Skills – Shows the skills of your agent.

    • Voice – Controls the voice control, speech recognition, timeout settings, and speech sensitivity level of your agent.

    • Language – Controls the primary and secondary languages used by this agent.

    Apart from Skills, all the other settings can be managed via EnPower by clicking the Edit icon in the top-right corner of the corresponding section.

  • Governance details – When you have Cloud Governance for Power Platform subscription and the agent has been imported to Cloud Governance, the contacts, renewal configurations, and metadata are displayed under this tab. You can edit the contacts, phase assignees, and metadata by clicking the corresponding Edit icons.

Publish an Agent

To publish an agent, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Copilot Studio page, select an agent and click Publish on the ribbon.

  2. In the confirmation window, click Publish. A process will start to publish the agent.

Share Agent Access

To share the access permission of an agent, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Copilot Studio page, select an agent and click Share on the ribbon. Or go to the Agent details page and click Share under the Access tab.

  2. In the Share agent panel, search for the security group to share the agent to in the left pane. The permission shared to this security group will be displayed in the right pane.

    NOTE

    Due to API limitations, agent access currently cannot be shared to users via EnPower.

  3. Click Share.

Trigger Workflow

Manually triggered workflows are a type of manageable workflow in EnPower with a set of customizable actions. You can use the manually triggered workflows to manage sites or report filtered sites to certain users. For information on creating and managing manually triggered workflows, see Workflows.

NOTE

You need to have the Trigger workflows permission to view and trigger the manually triggered workflows. For information on granting permissions in EnPower, see Permissions.

To trigger a manually triggered workflow, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the agents to trigger the manually triggered workflow with.

  2. Click Trigger workflows, all manually triggered workflows will be displayed. You can also search a specific manually triggered workflow to trigger by the workflow name.

  3. Select the manually triggered workflow to trigger. If the workflow action details are enabled for editing when triggering, you can configure the action details.

  4. Click Apply to trigger the workflow.
