Download this articleIn the Channel report tab, all Teams’ channels are listed, allowing you to check the channel details and edit their basic information.
To view the channel report’s data, enable Collect channel report information in System > Settings > Data retrieval settings. For more information on the setting, refer to Settings.
In the channel report, you can perform the following operations:
Check channel details – Click the channel name to go to the Channel details page on which you can see the basic information and list of users in this channel.
Check user list – Click the numbers in the Owners, Members, and Guests columns, and corresponding panel will open to show the details information of the users.
Create a channel – Click Create in the upper-right corner. In the Create channel panel, select the tenant and Team where you want to create the channel. Then enter a name and description, and select the channel type. If the channel type is Private or Shared, also specify the channel owner.
Edit channel information – Select a channel and click Management > Edit on the ribbon. In the Edit channel panel, you can edit the name and description of the channel.
Delete channel – Select a channel and click Management > Delete on the ribbon, the channel will be deleted after your confirmation.
Export channels into an Excel report – Export selected or all channels with the information displayed in the report table into an Excel report. By clicking Export channels’ details, you can include the channel members’ information in the exported report. For more details on the export, refer to Get Familiar with the EnPower Interface.
