View Workflow Details
To view the details of a workflow, you can click the workflow’s name on the Workflows page.
On the Workflow details page, you can view the following information:
- **Summary** – The table that shows the summary of the workflow, including:
- **Name** – The name of the workflow.
- **Description** – The description of the workflow.
- **Created** **time** – The date and time when the workflow was created.
- **Email notification** – Whether the email notification is enabled.
- **Last modified time** – The date and time for the latest modification of the workflow.
- **Owner** – The owner that created the workflow.
- **Status** – Whether the workflow is activated.
- **Analysis** – A chart that shows the trends of the workflow’s operation for the last 7 days.
- **Operation history** – A table that lists the operation history of the workflow, including:
- **Operated time** – The date and time when the workflow operated.
- **Details** – The objects and their corresponding status in the operation. You can click the details to open the **Operation details** panel to view:
- **Operated time** – The date and time when the workflow operated.
- **Summary** – The objects and their corresponding status in the operation.
- **Status** – The overall status of the operation.
- **Username** – The usernames of the processed objects. This is only visible in the details of a dynamic workflow.
- **Triggered event** – The trigger event is defined in the workflow. This is only visible in the details of an event triggered dynamic workflow.
- **Object** – The object that the workflow is triggered with. This is only visible in the details of a manually triggered workflow.
- **Actions taken** – The actions specified in the workflow, their operation results, and operation details.
- **Status** – The overall status of the operation.
To filter specific operation history to view, click the Filter (
) button. By default, all fields are selected in the filter. You can click All in the filter to expand the field you want to update and select or deselect specific types in the fields. Then, click Apply to apply the updates.
You can also export the report data into a ZIP file. To export the ZIP file, click Export, and the exported file will start to download.
