The following features are available in the commercial and US Government environments on the general availability dates. For additional technical information on the new functionality in this release, refer to the Release Notes.
EnPower now enables you to assign separate app profiles to Power BI and other Power Platform workloads (Environments, Connections, Power Apps, Power Automate, Solutions, and Power Pages) within the same tenant in Quick start.
App profiles used for agents by each tenant can now be configured in Quick start.
Table actions across all EnPower modules are now grouped into organized categories instead of a flat layout, with a streamlined global action bar that dynamically adapts based on your RBAC permissions.
Power Platform Solutions can now be promoted between environments (e.g., from Development to Test and to Production environments) directly from EnPower.
The list of flow co-owners can now be retrieved via AvePoint Graph API. For more details, refer to AvePoint Graph API.
EnPower now provides full coverage for message approval and restricted sender settings across all Exchange group types. You can configure message approvals for Microsoft 365 groups and manage restricted senders ("Decline message from") for all types of Groups.
You can now create remote shared mailboxes directly from EnPower.
A new Site admin column is now available in the Overview and SharePoint reports, showing site administrator details sourced from Insights.
The Teams report now includes a new Total storage used column that reflects the combined storage across team sites and private channel sites, giving admins a complete view of Teams storage consumption.
You can now click the owner count for on-premise and hybrid Distribution groups to view, add, and remove owners directly from the groups table or group details view.
Hybrid users can now be added to hybrid groups even if they do not exist in AvePoint Online Services containers.
Owners and members of hybrid distribution groups can now be modified in EnPower.
Groups, SharePoint Online sites, and Teams that have end-of-life records operated through MyHub can now be retrieved via AvePoint Graph API. For more details, refer to AvePoint Graph API.
Renewal, contact assignment, membership management, and metadata editing are now available for SharePoint agents and Microsoft 365 agents. Note that membership management is currently supported only for SharePoint Agents and Copilot Studio agents, based on available APIs.
Desktop flow renewal actions are now available in both the Power Automate management module and Workflow.
