Release Date for the U.S. Government Environment: April 19, 2026
The following features are available in the commercial and US Government environments on the general availability dates. For additional technical information on the new functionality in this release, refer to the Release Notes.
The Agent inventory module is now available, which provides management pages for:
Microsoft 365 agents
Copilot Studio agents
SharePoint agents
Microsoft Foundry agents
For agent data retrieval, the AgentPulse app profiles or a custom app with required permissions is required.
The Workspaces report has been renamed to Overview.
You can now detect and fix user ID mismatches caused by reused user principal names, and correct site permissions assigned to users with mismatch IDs using the Diagnose user mismatch button in the SharePoint management module.
Scheduling permission settings are now available for resource mailboxes to control who can schedule a resource automatically and who can request owner approval.
Custom attributes of on-premises shared mailboxes can now be edited in bulk.
Dynamic workflows triggered by Loop workspace conditions are now available.
Dynamic workflows for the following object types can now be triggered by the object's Exposure level, Sensitivity level, and Risk level:
Microsoft 365 Groups
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online sites
OneDrive
An AvePoint Insights subscription is required by these workflow conditions.
