#Delete and Restore Users

In EnPower, you can delete users with delete or bulk delete features. You can also view the deleted users, permanently delete them, or restore them.

#Delete Users

To delete users with the Delete feature. Complete the following steps:

1. Select the users you want to delete.

2. Click Delete. The Delete users confirmation window appears.

3. Click Delete to delete the selected.

Or you can delete users in bulk by completing the following steps:

1. Click Bulk operations to expand the action list.

2. Click Bulk delete.

3. In the Bulk delete panel, click template to download the CSV template for the bulk creation.

4. Open and complete your CSV file as the example.

5. Click Select files to upload the completed CSV file from your device. Or you can drag and drop the file to upload it.

*Note: The uploaded CSV file cannot exceed 10 MB.

6. Click Apply.

#Restore or Permanently Delete Users

The deleted users will be listed in the Deleted users tab, you can view the deleted users in the tab, permanently delete the users or restore the deleted users if needed.

To delete users permanently, complete the following steps:

1. Select the users you want to delete permanently.

2. Click Delete permanently. The Delete users confirmation window appears.

3. Click Delete.

To restore the deleted users, complete the following steps:

1. Select the users you want to restore.

2. Click Restore users. The Restore users confirmation window appears.

3. Click OK and the process will start to restore the users.

You can also bulk restore the deleted users. To restore the users in bulk, complete the following steps:

1. Click Bulk restore.

2. In the Bulk restore panel, click template to download the CSV template for bulk restore.

3. Open and complete your CSV file as an example.

4. Click Select files to upload the completed CSV file from your device. Or you can drag and drop the file to upload it.

*Note: The uploaded CSV file cannot exceed 10 MB.

5. Click Apply and the process will start to bulk restore the users.
