The Users module in Calling management enables report and management approaches of your Teams users. Refer to the following sections for the available user information and manageable settings.

To update Teams voice-related licenses of a user, complete the following steps:
Click Edit on the upper-right of the User details page.
In the Manage licenses panel, select the usage location.
In the Licenses and apps section, select the Teams voice-related licenses to assign to the user.
In the Apps section, select the apps that are available to the user. By default, all apps are selected.
Click Apply.
To bulk update users’ licenses, complete the following steps:
Select the users to update licenses. You can only bulk update licenses for users in the same tenant.
Click Manage licenses on the ribbon.
In the Manage licenses panel, select the usage location. Then select the bulk operation to perform. You can replace users’ licenses with specific ones, assign specific licenses to users or remove specific licenses from users.
Specify the licenses and available apps.
Click Apply.
To update the phone number assignment of users, complete the following steps:
Select the user to update the phone number for.
Click Assign phone number on the ribbon.
In the Assign phone number panel, select the phone number type, If the user does not an available license for the phone number assignment, click Assign license to assign an available license to the user first.
Enter the assigned phone number and phone number extension.
Click Apply.
To update Teams policies applied for an individual user, complete the following steps:
On the User details page, click Edit on the upper-right in the Policies tab.
Update the policies to manage.
Click Apply.
To update Teams policies for multiple users in bulk, complete the following steps:
Select the users to update policies for. You can only bulk update policies for users in the same tenant.
Click Manage policies on the ribbon.
In the Manage policies panel, select the policies to update on the left pane. You can select a maximum of 10 policies to manage in bulk at a time.
Update policies on the right pane.
Click Apply.
To manage the policy package assigned to the user, complete the following steps:
On the user details page, go to the Policies tab.
Click Edit on the right to the Policy package.
In the Assign policy package panel, select a policy package to assign to the user.
Click Save to assign the policy package.
To manage the call queue settings of users, complete the following steps:
Select the users to manage the call queue settings for. You can only bulk update call queue settings for users in the same tenant.
Click Manage call queues on the ribbon.
In the Manage call queues panel, select the bulk operation to perform. You can add the selected users to specific call queues, replace users in specific call queues with the selected users or remove the selected users from specific call queues.
Specify the target call queues.
Click Apply to update the settings.
