    Use Case - Want to Restrict Available Flow Actions in Certain Environments?

Therefore, no items or folders can be shared directly in Power Automate flows. Lynne needs to restrict the flow action organizationally.

She selects to monitor the Flow action settings and configures that the Grant access to an item or a folder action is not allowed in this tenant. After saving this policy, daily job will run to check if environments in this tenant contains any restricted action and report the violation to Lynne. She can then check the shared access, find the out-of-policy flows, and perform further operations.
