Teams

    Teams in Application management enables viewing and managing Teams with multiple report pages, including:

    - Teams – In the Teams tab, you can view and manage your Teams in a table page that shows a breakdown of all Teams in your tenants, including: - Create Teams inside your organization based on your needs with required information and configurations applied. See [Create Teams](#missing-link). - Update your Teams information and settings. You can both update an individual Team and update your Teams in bulk. When you have Cloud Governance subscription, Teams’ contacts, renewal process, and metadata can also be configured via EnPower. See [View and Manage Teams ](#missing-link). - Teams’ lifecycle management - If you have an AvePoint Cloud Governance for Microsoft 365 subscription, you can manage Team contacts, edit Team metadata, and use the profiles created in Cloud Governance for your Teams’ lifecycle management. See [Trigger Workflows](#missing-link). - Export your Teams into a ZIP file or configure a schedule to export your Teams. You can also customize the columns in the exported report and filter specific Teams for the report with the table filter. See [PSTN and SMS Report](#missing-link). > ***Note**: From September 2021, user level information contained in Microsoft 365 reports in the Admin center is pseudonymized by default. To enable EnPower to retrieve data for the Teams activity report, Device report, Display name in the User report, and Display name in the PSTN and SMS report, you need to deselect the **Display concealed user, group, and site names in all report** setting in the **Reports** panel on the **Microsoft 365 admin center > Settings > Org settings** page. - View, and export reports on your call quality of calls made with Microsoft Teams. See [Sensitivity Report.](#missing-link) When EnPower is retrieving data for your services, you can see **Loading** on the upper-right of the page. After the data is retrieved and updated, you can see the last job finished time on the upper-right of the page.
