To view detailed information of a workspace, click its display name. On the Workspace details page, information about the workspace is displayed in the following two tabs:
- **Basics** – Displays the essential identity and configuration information for the workspace. It includes key details such as the display name, associated tenant and container, storage consumption, and creation timestamp. This tab also shows critical governance attributes including the ownership type, principal owner, and applied sensitivity label, offering a quick reference for the workspace's fundamental setup and compliance status.
To update the sensitivity label, click the Edit () icon next to the field and complete the edits.
- **Access** – Provides a comprehensive overview of all users and their permission levels within the Microsoft 365 Loop workspace. It displays a detailed list of members with their assigned roles, enabling administrators to effectively monitor and manage user access.
