You want to be able to automate routine requests and tasks based on event triggers instead of gathering and auditing information. For example, your organization has a large group of new hires. As the IT Manager, you need to prepare their Microsoft 365 accounts: you need to assign new licenses to them, add them to specific Groups and Teams, and share their calendars with their managers. |
| .png "('image8', 'Resolution')") | Resolution: You log into EnPower and create a dynamic workflow with the trigger event Create/Invite user, and you configure the trigger scope to users created in your tenant. You add the Assign licenses action to ensure that if a user is created in your tenant, the specified licenses will be assigned to the user. You then add If/Then branches to the workflow to define that if the newly added user’s department meets the entered value, the user will be added to the specified Teams and Groups, and their calendar will be shared with their managers. After saving and activating this workflow, you can create the Microsoft 365 users, and EnPower will automatically apply the actions configured in your workflow. |
