The OneDrive management module in EnPower’s Microsoft 365 application management enables reports and management approaches for:
- Manage your OneDrive – You can manage OneDrive in your organization, including OneDrive administrators, storage limit, and external sharing. You can manage OneDrive individually or in bulk. See [Update OneDrive Information and Settings](#missing-link).
- Enable or disable assessment – You can enable the OneDrive assessment that integrates with AvePoint Insights and Cloud Governance. Once enabled, you can check the sensitivity and risk information of the OneDrive and perform corresponding actions via MyHub. See [Enable or Disable an Assessment](#missing-link).
- Renew OneDrive – When you have Cloud Governance for Microsoft 365 and the OneDrive has been imported to Cloud Governance, you can renew OneDrive via the renew profile created in Cloud Governance in EnPower. See [Renew OneDrive](#missing-link).
