    Use Case - Want to Report Inactive Resources?

You log into EnPower and create a manually triggered workflow for SharePoint with the Send email to specified users action and apply a report template for the email notifications sent by this action. After saving and activating this workflow, you can filter the inactive sites with the Activities filter in SharePoint by defining the condition to “Equal 0” and “Last 90 days”. Then, you can select the filtered sites and click Trigger workflows and select the manually triggered workflow you created to trigger the workflow and report the sites to your manager.
