- Manage your mailboxes:

- Shared mailboxes – You can create shared mailboxes for multiple users to read and send messages. To create shared mailboxes, see [Create Shared Mailboxes](#missing-link).
- Resource mailboxes – You can create resource mailboxes to make the resources in your organization be reservable to everyone. To create resource mailboxes, see [Create Resource Mailboxes](#missing-link).
> ***Note**: To create a user mailbox, navigate to the **Users** page. See [Create or Invite Users](#missing-link).
- Update cloud & hybrid mailbox information and settings – You can update information and settings for either cloud mailboxes or hybrid Active Directory mailboxes. When you have Cloud Governance subscription, shared and resource mailboxes’ contacts, renewal process, and metadata can also be configured via EnPower. See [View and Manage Mailboxes](#missing-link).
- Lifecycle management on resource mailboxes and cloud & hybrid shared mailboxes – If you have an AvePoint Cloud Governance for Microsoft 365 subscription, you can manage mailbox contacts, edit mailbox metadata, and use the profiles created in Cloud Governance for your mailboxes’ lifecycle management. See [Cloud Governance Integrated Management](#missing-link).
- Trigger workflows – Use the manually triggered workflows configured in EnPower to automate the mailbox management. See [Trigger Workflows](#missing-link).
- View mailbox reports – You can view your mailbox activity report – The table for your mailbox action. See [Mailbox Activity Report](#missing-link).
> ***Note**: From September 2021, user level information contained in Microsoft 365 reports in the Admin center is pseudonymized by default. To enable EnPower to retrieve data for the Detailed mailbox table in the Mailbox activity report, you need to deselect the **Display concealed user, group, and site names in all report** setting in the **Reports** panel on the **Microsoft 365 admin center > Settings > Org settings** page.
- Manage contacts – Manage the mail contacts and mail users of your organization. See [Contacts](#missing-link).
