Josh needs to regularly check the Power Platform permissions his team members have to ensure that they do not have excess permissions to the apps or flows being used by other departments. |

He selects the environments in which the user permissions need to be checked and clicks Check user access. On the check user access page, he enters the usernames of his team members. Upon clicking Check, permissions of the users to the environment and resources in the environments will be displayed. Josh can remove or reassign the excess permissions from his team members right on this page. |
