    The SharePoint management module in EnPower’s Microsoft 365 application management enables reports and management approach for:

    • Manage your sites:

      • Create sites – You can create sites for your organization, including:

        • Group Team sites – You can create team sites that are connected to Microsoft 365 Groups for your Group sharing and cooperating..

        • Other SharePoint sites – You can SharePoint sites with other site templates to meet your diverse needs.

      • Update site information and settings – You can update information and settings for an individual site, or you can update your sites in bulk. See View Site Details and Manage Settings.

      • Perform lifecycle management – When you have a Cloud Governance for Microsoft 365 subscription, you can manage SharePoint sites’ contacts, check renewal process, and configure metadata. See Cloud Governance Integrated Management.

      • Delete and Restore sites – You can delete your sites or restore your deleted sites with EnPower. See Delete and Restore Sites.

    • View site activities and usage – You can view the activity and usage of individual sites to gain a better understanding of sites in your tenants or containers. See View Site Activities and Usage.

    • Trigger workflows – You can trigger the manually triggered workflows to manage and report the sites. See Trigger Workflows.

    NOTE

    Due to API limitations, PointPublishing hub sites are currently not available to be managed in EnPower.
