Export to PDFRefer to the following steps to create an external user:
Under the External users / All users tab, click Create to open the Create external user page.
In the Basic information step, complete the following information:
First name – The first name of the user.
Last name – The last name of the user.
Full name – The system automatically generates the full name based on the first and last names. You can modify it if needed.
Password – Set a secure password for the user.
Confirm password – Repeat the password to ensure accuracy.
Click Next.
In the System settings step, complete the following information:
Full name – The full name of the user.
User principal name – The user principal name.
Login name (pre-Windows 2000) – The legacy SAM account name of the user.
Create in – Select the target organizational unit where the user will be created.
Click Next.
In the Review step, you can verify all entered information and edit information if needed. If no more updates are needed, click Create to create the external user.
