Edit a Baseline
To edit a baseline, select the baseline and click Edit. Edit configurations as needed and click Save changes to save them. In addition to editing existing baseline configurations, you can add configurations from another baseline. Click Add configurations and select a target baseline. Configurations from the target baseline are loaded. Select the configurations you want to add and click Add.
When editing a baseline, the following scenarios will occur:
- If the baseline only has a **Draft** version, clicking **Save draft** will update the current draft version.
- If the baseline only has a **Draft** version, clicking **Save** **and publish** will update and publish the version. Only published versions can be applied to tenants.
- If the baseline only has a **Published** version, clicking **Save draft** will create a new **Draft** version containing your changes.
- If the baseline only has a **Published** version, clicking **Save** **and publish** will create and publish a new version.
- If the baseline has both **Draft** and **Published** versions, when editing the baseline, you will be required to choose which version to edit.
- If you choose to edit the **Draft** version, all changes will be saved to this draft version.
- If you choose to edit the latest **Published** version, a new draft version will be created to replace the existing one.
