    Manage Customers in Nitro

    On the Directory page, all customers with templates applied using Nitro are displayed. You can view the last template applied, the last applied date of the template, the status of the customer tenant, and the compliance of the customer.

    You can perform the following actions on the Directory page:

    - **Apply template** – To apply a template to a customer, click **Apply template** in the upper-right corner. The **Select customer** window appears. Select a customer from the drop-down list, and click **Next**. For more information, refer to [Apply a Template](#missing-link). - **View customer information** – To view detailed information about a customer, click the customer’s organization name. The customer detailed dashboard appears. For more information, refer to [View the Customer Detailed Dashboard](#missing-link). There is also a sample customer detailed dashboard for you to view what information is included on the dashboard. You can expand the navigation pane and click **View now** to access it. - **Search for a customer** – To search for a specific customer, enter the keywords of the customer’s organization name in the search box in the upper-left corner. Then, press **Enter** on the keyboard. - **Filter customers** – You can filter customers by **Status**, **Compliance**, and **Last applied template**. Click **Filter** in the upper-right corner and customize the filter criteria. Click **Filter** to apply the criteria to filter customers. All your filter criteria will be displayed at the top of the table, and you can also click the Clear All (![Button: Clear All](/en/cloud-governance-administrator-guide/use-the-modern-cloud-governance-admin-center/manage-dynamic-services/settings/images/image253.png "Button: Clear All")) button to clear your filters.
