General Updates

- Elements now integrates with Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), enabling automatic synchronization of Microsoft 365 tenants and streaming tenant management and subscription provisioning for the baseline management service. - Risk scanning is now supported across Azure resource types, along with backup and restore for Azure virtual machines and storage. Partners can manage Azure resources across tenants, configure scan rules at the MSP level, and monitor job status through a centralized process center. - Cloud Backup for Salesforce® - Archive pooled subscription is now available in Elements. - The Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS pooled subscription for Amazon EC2, Azure Storage, Azure Virtual Machine, Google VM Instance modules is now available in Elements. - A new set of public APIs are now available, enhancing the existing common features and introducing new functionalities for premium services.

What’s New in Baseline Management?

- You can now manage baselines by creating new versions when editing the baseline, comparing configurations between versions, and pushing updates to all applied tenants. - Two new pages are now available to improve tenant configuration management: - Deviations: Displays detected and accepted configuration deviations. - Tenant-specific settings: Displays configurations marked as tenant specific. - You can now discard the review process for deployment and restore operations, reverting tenant status to its previous state. - Drift detection frequency can be set per tenant, defining the daily start time and recurrence interval. - You can now add configurations from another baseline when editing the baseline. 

What’s New in Workspace Management?

- **Private Preview**: You can now enable two-way sync and configure mappings between classifications and sensitivity labels when managing the data security posture of a tenant. The classification and sensitivity label of workspaces can be updated automatically based on the configured mappings. - **Private Preview**: When managing the data security posture of a tenant, you can now enable the pilot mode and configure pilot users to control which users can see the AvePoint MyData interface in Teams and SharePoint. - When archiving and destroying files in a workspace, you can leave a stub in place and customize the message displayed. - The **Copilot adoption rate** statistic is now available on the **Workspace management** page to show the user adoption rate of Copilot for each tenant.

What’s New in User Management?

- You can now convert a user mailbox to a shared mailbox and convert a shared mailbox to a user mailbox. - You can now add users as members of an Azure application via user management. - You can now manage application groups and assign a functional role as members of an application group. - The user template now includes an offboarding step, which provides a flow of actions when deleting users who were created with the user template. - You can now configure user naming formats to include the {Company} and {Location} attributes. - A new **Teams** tab is now available on the **Functional role details** page, enabling you to add a functional role as members of a team. - You can now add users as members of a directory role via user management.

What’s New in Device Management?

- Devices with the following operating systems can now be managed via the Device management service: **macOS**, **Android**, **Linux**, and **iOS/iPadOS**. - Compliance policies for the following platforms can now be created and managed in the Device management service: **Android device administrator**, **Android (AOSP)**, **Android Enterprise**, **iOS/iPadOS**, and **macOS**. - Apps of the **Windows web link** and **Microsoft Edge, version 77 and later (Windows 10 and later)** types can now be created and managed via the Device management service.

What’s New in Marketplace?

- License purchases can now be automated in Elements. Partners can configure approval workflows, set daily or monthly limits, define subscription scope, and prioritize marketplace plans, all while tracking purchase history and automation status. - Elements now supports the integration with the ArrowSphere and Ingram Micro Xvantage marketplaces.
