You can now generate an authorization link for your customers to complete app consent in their own tenant. This improvement applies to APElements Baseline Management and APElements Security and Analysis app profiles.
Public Preview: The Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) module is now available, allowing partners to manage the AVD service and monitor user sessions across tenants from a centralized overview. Partners can view and take action on user sessions to improve service efficiency.
A built-in baseline, Default CIS Level 2 Baseline, is now available, delivering advanced security controls for organizations with strict compliance and protection requirements.
You can now apply a baseline to multiple tenants in bulk.
You can now export a tenant setting coverage report to check whether a specific tenant setting exists across all tenants.
You can now export a tenant’s deviation handling history report to review how deviations were addressed over the past 90 days.
The Groups/Teams name enforcement compliance policy rule has been enhanced to allow name changes when the updates meet the specified conditions.
When configuring access control rules in a compliance policy, you can now specify a fix method, Auto-fix or Manual-fix, to control how violations are remediated.
You can now configure settings in a compliance policy to notify site collection administrators, site owners, and/or Group/Team owners for the detected violations.
The APElements Security and Analysis app now includes the Content.Writer Microsoft Rights Management Services application permission to manage sensitivity labels for workspaces in AvePoint Insights.
Navigate to Settings >Partner app profile and re-authorize the app to apply the new permission and enable sensitivity label management.
Reauthorization is only required if you want to manage sensitivity labels for workspaces in AvePoint Insights. If no action is taken, existing functionality will remain unchanged.
You can now preview a user's or role's system access and experience by simulating their permissions.
A new SharePoint section is now available in the left navigation when viewing a tenant, offering a more efficient way to create and manage SharePoint sites and document libraries.
A new Share folders section is now available in the left navigation when viewing a hybrid tenant, allowing you to efficiently create and manage shared folders.
More detailed information is now available in the Teams section.
Elements has expanded its logic to support additional conditions for license downgrade suggestions, enabling more accurate and relevant recommendations.
You can now refresh a user's password. When this action is performed, the password age resets to zero days and the last changed date is updated to the current date.
Bulk user creation is now available: simply download the provided template, fill in the required information, and upload the completed file to create multiple users at once.
A new section, MFA methods, has been added to the Security analytics report for each tenant, providing detailed information about Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods.

During the offboarding process, you can now grant mail access to the user’s manager or a designated alternate user.
