    Disconnect a Customer

    To disconnect a customer from Elements, on the Customers page, click the ellipsis button of the customer, and select Disconnect customerfrom Elements in the drop-down list. Note that if there are active MSP service orders associated with this customer, the customer cannot be disconnected. You need to cancel all active MSP orders before attempting to disconnect.

    If you disconnect a customer from Elements, only the data related to this customer in the partner portal will be permanently deleted by default. The data in other product environments will not be deleted (for example: backup data). A pop-up window appears asking for your confirmation. Enter Yes in the text box and click Disconnect to confirm your operation.

    You can also request to delete all the customer tenant data from AOS. Select the Request customer tenant deletion checkbox and enter Yes in the text box and click Disconnect to confirm your operation. A support ticket will be created automatically for the customer tenant deletion request. After the request is reviewed and approved, all customer tenant data will be permanently removed. This action is irreversible.
