Download this articleA workspace is a logical grouping of application groups. Each application group must be associated with a workspace for users to see the desktops and applications published to them. Click Workspaces in the left navigation for a tenant to view all workspaces available in the current tenant.
You can perform the following actions to manage workspaces:
Create workspace – Click Create on the ribbon to create a workspace. Refer to the Create a Workspace section for details.
Export workspaces – To export the currently displayed workspaces, click Export. Select the columns to include: the current visible columns or all columns, select the file format: .xlsx or .csv, and click Export.
View and edit workspace details – To view and edit the details of a workspace, click the name to access the workspace details page. To update the description and friendly name of the workspace, hover your mouse over the corresponding fields and click the edit (pencil) button. Then, click Apply changes in the upper-right corner.
In the Create workspace page, complete the following information:
Workspace name – Enter a name for this workspace.
Description – Enter an optional description for this workspace.
Friendly name – Enter a friendly name for this workspace.
Subscription – Select the subscription to manage deployed resources and costs.
Resource group – Select a resource group.
Location – Select the region where the workspace object will be created.
Click Create to create the workspace.
