Download this articleOn the HR page, there is an Email notification profile card. By clicking View details, you will be redirected to the Email notification profile page. You can find the available email notification profiles and the connections where each profile has been applied. Clicking a profile name opens the Email notification profile details page where you can view and make updates.
Refer to the following steps to create an email notification profile:
Click Create profile to open the Create profile window.
Profile name – Enter a name for this profile.
Description – Enter an optional description.
Connection scope – Select the connections where this profile will be applied and click Apply.
Notify partner – Enable this setting if you want to send email notifications to the partner's tenant owner and administrator, and then select the event that will trigger the notification, for example, when a sync job completed or failed.
Notify customer – Enable this setting if you want to send email notifications to the customer's tenant owner, and then select the event that will trigger the notification, for example, when a sync job completed or failed.
Click Create to create the profile.
To apply an email notification profile to connections, select the profile, and click Apply to connection. Select the target connections and click Apply.
To delete email notification profiles, select the profiles, and click Delete. Click OK in the pop-up confirmation window.
