View Change Logs
To track tenant modifications over time and revert configurations if needed, you can view the change log of a tenant.
To view the change log of a tenant, on the Tenants page, select the tenant and click View change log to open the Change log window.
- Modifications are listed in chronological order, with the most recent update displayed at the top.
- Each update is named after the modified date and the modifier’s email.
- If a tenant restore occurs at a specific time, a **Tenant restore** tag will appear next to the update.
- You can expand an update by clicking the Expand () button to view the detailed modifications made at that time.
Modifications are categorized into different tabs to help you track changes:
- **Added** – The number of added configurations is displayed. This tab also provides the detailed information on what was added.
For some configurations, there is a **Learn more** reference, redirecting to a Microsoft article to provide additional information and guidance. It helps you better understand the configuration and make informed decisions.
- **Removed** – The number of removed configurations is displayed.
