#Compare Tenant Configurations with Baselines

You can compare a tenant’s current configurations (the latest backup) against predefined baselines. This allows you to view discrepancies in detail and export a report before finally applying the baselines to the tenant. 

On the Tenants page, select a tenant, and click Compare with baseline. In the Compare with baseline window, select the baselines for comparison and click Apply. If you select multiple baselines, rank them to resolve configuration conflicts. Click Next to access the Compare with baseline page to view comparison results.

In the summary section, you can find the tenant name, last backup time of tenant configurations, and the baselines selected for comparisons.

In the comparisons section, comparisons are grouped into 4 tabs. You can search for a specific configuration by entering the configuration name in the Search text box and press Enter. If you want to focus on configuration comparisons from a specific baseline, click Filter, select the desired baseline, and click Apply changes.

Switch among these tabs to review the configuration comparisons:

• Conflicts with baseline – This tab displays the configurations that are configured differently (same instance name but mismatched property values) in the tenant and the baseline.

• Unique to baseline – This tab displays the configurations that are exclusive to the baseline.

• Unique to tenant – This tab displays the configurations that are exclusively to the tenant.

• Matches with baseline – This tab displays the configurations that are configured identically (same instance name and property values) in the tenant and the baseline.

You can click Export report in the upper-right corner to export the configuration comparisons report.
