#Process Center

When you click a tenant name on the User management page, you switch to the tenant-level mode.

The User management > Process center > User deletion queue page displays all users scheduled for deletion. You can perform the following actions:

• Export – Click Export to export the records.

• Cancel deletion – To cancel a scheduled deletion, select the user deletion record with the Schedule status and click Cancel deletion. Click Yes in the pop-up confirmation message.

• Delete now – To delete a user immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled time, select the user deletion record with the Schedule status and click Delete now. Click Yes in the pop-up confirmation message.

The User management > Process center > Action tracker page displays all action records and their progress and status. When a specific action is initiated within the module, a corresponding process starts to complete it. You can perform the following actions:

• Refresh – Click Refresh to refresh the data displayed in the table.

• Filter process – You can filter the process status shown in the table. To filter specific processes to view, click Filter in the upper-right corner. You can expand the fields in the filter and select specific options. Then, click Apply changes to apply the updates and only view the processes that match the filters.

• View details – For some specific processes, you can click the object link and the View details panel appears with the process details displayed.
