Dashboard

The Dashboard page provides the following information:

  • Pools – The number of your active pooled subscriptions.

  • Active resellers – The number of your resellers who have active pooled subscriptions from you.

  • Allocated user Seats/objects – The number of user seats and objects you have allocated to your resellers.

  • Pending acceptance – The number of user seats and objects that you have assigned to your resellers and are still pending your resellers’ acceptance.

  • Expiring in 30 days – The number of user seats and objects that will expire within 30 days.

  • Available licenses – The line chart shows the percentage trend of your available licenses (user seats/objects/capacity) for different pooled subscriptions within the last 6 months. You can select or deselect the checkboxes of each pooled subscription to view or hide its data. You can also hover your mouse over the first day of a month to view the percentage of each pooled subscription at that time.

  • Unused licenses – The line chart shows the percentage trend of licenses (user seats/objects/capacity) that have not been used for different pooled subscriptions within the last 6 months. You can select or deselect the checkboxes of each pooled subscription to view or hide its data. You can also hover your mouse over the first day of a month to view the percentage of each pooled subscription at that time.

  • Pools – This section shows your pooled subscription details in each column and allows you to perform the following actions to manage pooled subscriptions.

    • View pool details – Click the pooled subscription name link in the Pool column to go to the pool details page. Refer to the View pool details section below for details.

    • Search – To search for a specific pooled subscription, enter the keywords of the pooled subscription name in the search box in the upper-left corner. Then, press Enter on the keyboard.

    • Filter – You can filter pooled subscriptions by Source, Payment type, and Expiration date. Click Filter in the upper-right corner and customize the filter criteria.

      Click Filter to apply the criteria to filter pooled subscriptions. All your filter criteria will be displayed at the top of the table, and you can also click the recycle bin button next to each filter criterion to remove it.

    • Manage columns – Click Manage columns in the upper-right corner to choose the columns you want to display on the page.

    • Export report – Click Export above the table to export the pooled subscription consumption report. A window appears. You can modify the file name of the report in this window and click Export to export the report to your default download location.

View Pool Details

The pool details page provides the following information:

  • Total – The number of all user seats and objects in this pooled subscription.

  • Allocated – The number of user seats and objects in this pooled subscription that have been allocated to resellers.

  • Available – The number of available user seats and objects in this pooled subscription that can be allocated to resellers.

  • Pending acceptance – The number of user seats and objects in this pooled subscription that you have assigned to your resellers and are still pending your resellers’ acceptance.

  • Expiring in 60 days – The number of user seats and objects in this pooled subscription that will expire within 60 days.

  • Resellers – The number of resellers who have been assigned licenses (user seats/objects/capacity) from this pooled subscription.

  • Pool allocation – The pie chart shows the percentage of the allocated licenses (user seats/objects/capacity) to each reseller and the remaining licenses in this pooled subscription. You can hover your mouse over each section on the pie chart to view the detailed percentage and number of licenses.

  • Licenses by time – The line chart shows the trend of the licenses (user seats/objects/capacity) in this pooled subscription within the last 6 months. You can hover your mouse over the first day of a month to view the number of licenses available for allocation, purchased licenses, and allocated licenses at that time.

  • Pool usage history – This section shows the usage history by your resellers of this pooled subscription in each column and allows you to manage the usage history by performing the following actions.

    • View reseller details – Click the reseller name link in the Reseller column to go to the reseller detailed dashboard. Refer to the View the Reseller Detailed Dashboard section for details.

    • Filter – You can filter the usage history by Reseller name, Status, Assigned date, Created time, and Expiration date. Click Filter in the upper-right corner and customize the filter criteria.

      Click Filter to apply the criteria to filter usage history. All your filter criteria will be displayed at the top of the table, and you can also click the recycle bin button next to each filter criterion to remove it.

    • Return to pool – When any reseller has not accepted the pooled subscription and the status is Pending acceptance, you can select the record and click Return to pool above the table to return the subscription back to your pool.
