Export to PDFWhen the configurations meet your requirements, you can click Restore in the lower-right corner of the page to initiate the restore process to restore the finalized configurations to the tenant. Note that all of the selected configurations will be restored to the tenant.
After clicking Restore, the system will start verifying configurations. Depending on the results, one of the following scenarios will occur:
If some configurations need attention, the Validation check window will appear, detailing the configurations that need your review. You can click Copy to copy the information to the clipboard for reference, and then go back to the page to update the configurations accordingly. Alternatively, you can click Continue to ignore and proceed with the restore, which might cause exceptions or failures during the restore process.
If all configurations are valid or if you have chosen to ignore the configurations shown in the Validation check window, the Restore window will pop up, displaying the number of added configurations, removed configurations, and changed configurations.
In the Restore window, you need to enter comments if necessary and select an action below:
Close – If you do not want to restore configurations to the tenant, click Close to close the window.
Schedule restore – After clicking Schedule restore, you need to select a future date and time and click OK. The status displays Scheduled restore. Configurations are waiting to be restored at the specified date and time.
Restore – If you want to restore the configurations to the tenant right now, click Restore. A restore is started immediately.
If you have chosen to restore the configurations immediately, on the Tenants page, you can locate the tenant and find its Status to track the progress:
Restoring – During the process of the restore, this status appears.
Restored with exception (clickable) – If the restore finishes with exceptions, this status will appear. The total number of configurations and the number of restored configurations are displayed.
You can click the status link and then click Export report to export the report for details or click Retry to try again.
Restore failed (clickable) – If the restore fails, this status will appear.
You can click the status link and then click Export report to export the report for details or click Retry to try again.
Restored – If the restore is successful, this status will appear.
