    Create Service Tickets

    Service tickets can be created on the ConnectWise service boards when any of the following alerts are detected in customer tenants by Elements.

    • Backup job failed (Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365)

    • Backup job finished with exceptions (Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365)

    • ConnectWise sync job failed

    • Customer subscription will expire

    • High risk items detected

    On the ConnectWise page, click Ticket creation to configure the ticket creation settings.

    • Enable/Disable – If you want to create service tickets when the alert is detected, select desired alerts and click the Enable button. To disable the ticket creation, select the alerts and click the Disable button.

    • Edit – To edit the information of the service tickets that will be created in ConnectWise for each alert, Select the alert and click the Edit button. Edit the service board, ticket type, ticket status, and ticket priority for the alerts, and then click the save button to update the settings.
