Customize Elements Portal

In Settings > System > Portal customizations, you can personalize the Elements portal by customizing its name, logo, and access URL to enhance your branding.

After clicking the Configure button next to Customize portal name and logo, you can configure the following settings:

- **Home page logo**/**Website logo** – Elements allows you to customize different logos for the website icon and home page logo. Click **Upload** to upload an image. > ***Note**: The maximum size of the image is 1 MB, and the type of the image must be PNG, JPG, or JPEG. The recommended size is 32 x 32 pixels. You can click **Reset** to reset the image to the default one. - **Sign in page logo** – Click **Upload** to upload an image that will be used as the sign in page logo of the portal. > ***Note**: The maximum size of the image is 1 MB, and the type of the image must be PNG, JPG, or JPEG. The recommended size is 160 x 60 pixels. You can click **Reset** to reset the image to the default one. - **Portal name** – Enter a desired name for the portal in the text box. You can click **Reset** to reset the name to the default one.

To the right of each section, you can have a preview of the logo and name.

Click Save to save the configurations.

Customize the URL

After clicking the Configure button next to Customize URL, follow the steps below to configure a custom URL:

In step 1, enter your domain name in the text box. The format is contoso.com.

Upload a certificate file and provide the password. Ensure that your certificate is valid and matches the domain name you provided. Additionally, remember to update the certificate here if it expires.

  1. In step 2, the endpoint URL is listed. You must go to the DNS provider and add CNAME records for the endpoint URL provided.

  2. Once you have completed the DNS configuration, return to this setting and click Next to proceed.

  3. Click OK in the confirmation window. Note that it will take some time to implement your configurations.

After a custom URL is saved, you can click the copy{ Button: Copy} button next to the Custom URL sections to copy it. The endpoint can also be copied here.

To revoke a URL, click the More actions (Button: More actions) button in the upper-right corner of the Customize URL section. Once revoked, the current custom URL will become invalid, and it cannot be used for login.
